Horrible company. The accepted a delivery supposedly from another company for me. Matt Lemley then had the nerves to call me and tell me I needed to drive 30 miles to meet his driver because they only deliver zipcode to zipcode. I am canceling the order due to carrier refusing to deliver and will also be filing a claim against Cross Country!

I sincerely wish I could give a zero star review. Atrocious customer service, abysmally incompetent drivers, and genuinely the worst freight experience I’ve ever seen or heard of. Will never again use a company who ships through Cross Country.

Not only did they mangle our product but now they don’t want to reimburse us for the shipping they charged while they mangled it!My office manager has tried to work with your people and they said reimbursement is based on weight. We had to have the 1st shipper send it 2X and your people destroyed it both times! We kept it the 2nd time hoping it could be used by our customer, but it could not. We took pictures of it on your truck and recorded the damage on your paperwork at the time you delivered it to our dock.
