I attended my first yoga class Monday evening and will definitely be going again and referring anyone I know that wants to start yoga classes! Great atmosphere and great instructors!
I attended the Spirit Flow yoga class - focusing on a Scripture and learning to breathe and center was truly a rewarding experience. This was my first yoga class and Ashley taught the class in such a way that everyone at all different skill levels was challenged! I highly recommend it!
