Wanted to share great experience with Dispatchers and Loader operator in Fremont. Only needed a small trailer of sand for home project. I had no idea what I was doing and they talked me through the whole process and thanked me for the business. Even apologized they had to charge me the minimum fee, $25, I don't thing that could have paid for the loader to drive around the pile. Loader operator was extremely considerate and rolled sand in easy to not damage any of my equipment. Not at all what I would have expected. Only advice I would give is to be sure to call dispatch before you get out to the location.

Every time I come here to get loaded the people are always very nice and helpful and it is very easy to get in and out as well as get your loading ticket. They always try to make sure you get the correct amount of weight on your truck and even bring some extra to the scale in case you're too light. Enjoy coming here every time I need to get a certain type of sand
