Actually this is Heather’s mother posting. Every time that I’ve made an appointment for a trim, they ask how much and truthfully I go with their guidance, after all, she is the professional! Along with a super human being! I do have long hair and have always had long hair and this is one place I’m CONFIDENT in that they’ll do as I ask and no more; so as to NOT repeat one traumatizing moment as a pre-teen, in Lincoln, walking in with waist length hair and leaving, with shoulder length, passing my mother (I was in shock, she didn’t recognize me and then it all blew up! Oh fun 1960’s.

I would highly recommend Dr. Points and her practice to anyone for care for their animals. She was incredibly kind when I brought in a very stressed former feral cat in for vaccinations and check up. My cat ultimately required sedation for the visit but she talked me through every step with so much patience. I really appreciate her care!
