We had a problem with a sink that wasn’t draining. After calling Eustis Plumbing, Gage and Jack came to our rescue. They worked diligently to diagnose the problem, but didn’t have time to fix it that day. A day later they came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and even finished the work sooner than expected! They were so helpful and cleaned up completely before they left. I left a message on Eustis Plumbing answering machine on a Sunday night. My pressure value on my 20 year old hot water heater was leaking. They called me the next morning and had a new hot water heater working early that afternoon. The 2 guys that did the work were friendly and did an outstanding job installing the new heater. My hot water pipe froze. During my trying to thaw it out, it broke. I called Eustis plumbing underground. Alfonzo was there that same day. Fixed my broken water pipe and proceeded to wrap insulation that I had around the pipes and also around the door to my crawl space. Now I won’t have cold air flowing in. They went above and beyond for me.
This was 2 days before Christmas. I thought for sure I wouldn’t have water for Christmas.
