Great to work with! Highly recommend! Joel came and did some carpet stretching for us due to damages from our dog. Pricing was on point as well. He even came into our house with his own towel to put his wet shoes on, so it doesn’t dirty our flooring, and took his shoes off without asking. Which I very much appreciate! I found Advantage Carpet during the pandemic. I was unable to book an appointment with several "franchise" type carpet cleaning companies due to labor shortages. I also learned how poorly one (Air Force One) company was treating their employees which was eye opening. I decided to search for a local owner/operator carpet cleaner which lead me to this company. The owner Joel is the same guy who will show up to clean your carpets. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he was also priced lower then everyone I called (who couldn't even do the job). Joel has been out 3 times now over the last couple years and has always been on time and willing to work around any time constraints I had. So glad I found this company! I can't say this enough, stop using the chains and give this independent business a try, you won't regret it!
