Today we needed our BACK brakes done and the gentleman here were AMAZING from the point of arrival. They greeted us with smiles and professionalism. Chris communicated every step of the process and what needed to be done in clear detail so that we could make a sound decision on the process. William the gentleman that worked on our cargo van was awesome too. This is the place to come to get your vehicle(s) worked on if you want the BEST service and smiles. They really take great care of ALL of their customers!!!! Thank you Chris & William for such a wonderful and pleasant experience today! ♥🙏🏾♥
They got me in very quickly and were extremely kind! Vern was the main one who helped me, and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family! As a district manager myself, I wish I could find more people who treat their customers the way Vern does.
The nice bearded gentlemen took great care of me! They were both efficient and polite. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me. I will be coming to this location for all of my future tire needs.
