Paula is a life-saver. I showed up to the salon at random earlier this week and told her, "I have a crying bride in the car." We had gone to a salon down the street and they destroyed my cousin's hair. Paula told us not to worry, to come on in and she would do some damage control. She took the hot mess of hair we presented to her and fixed it into something that my cousin was more than happy with. She was kind, helpful, funny, and super personable. If we could re-do that entire morning we would have just moved the entire bridal party over to Tangles and not even bothered with anywhere else. All around rad!
