My son had his kindergarten exam with Dr. Ross a few days ago. He is autistic, so doctor appointments can be a source of anxiety for both of us. Dr. Ross was incredible with him. She really 'played' outside the box with him and made it a super fun experience. I so wish I could have had parts recorded to show other medical professionals for reference, not that we aren't blessed with great providers, she just really went beyond expectations, and excelled at both getting an exam accomplished, and making sure he will be a happily returning patient. My visit was a good experience, from the time I came in the door until I left. I appreciate Dr. Sanger who keeps a close watch on the health of my eyes. So thankful this excellent eye care is available in Broken Bow. Up to date equipment and friendly caring staff.
