I just had my first appointment with Dr Hubbard at the Bridgeport Clinic. My experience from the moment I walked in the door was amazing. Sarah started assisting me immediately with picking out frames before my appt. and after. She is so knowledgeable about every aspect of picking the right frame...not just what looks good and what's stylish but what works best for your size and shape of face and lifestyle but what might work best for your prescription type. A young gentleman named Jesse did all of my pre appt testing, and was so nice and considerate. Great service! Webb staff are always top notch, friendly, and so helpful. In and out for my appointment without any hassle. Staff helped me order contacts and glasses while providing full transparency about my options. Friendly texts, emails for appt reminders and to pick up frames. Even got my fav chocolate treat on my way out the door:)
