I had an amazing experience with Ramm Construction. I bought the house when it was a spec and was able to make most of the selections myself. Prior to signing the contract, they went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what was included in the price versus some areas where I may want to make upgrades. They were extremely professional during the entire process. They were very responsive and organized. I had a few small warranty issues that came up after moving in, and they handled them promptly. I could not be happier with my building experience!

We built a house with them 9 years ago. The owners are the nicest people and so wonderful to work with! They made the home building process completely stress free and actually enjoyable!
