Keats is the best. It is such a trustworthy, family owned business. We had our AC break down. He took time to stop by on an already very booked day to diagnose our problem. The faulty part was not available so then he located it for us. He stopped by after his busy day to fix it. What a blessing to not be without air on the long 4th of July weekend! Highly recommend Keats!
Chris was quick to respond to my request when my rental A/C went out and was leaking into the basement. He fixed the issue right away (same day) and gave me a great deal on furnace filters to prevent future issues and even had them delivered to my renter. He was quick with responses and offered online bill pay. I will most definitely reach out to Keats the next time I have an issue.
