I am SO impressed with Jocelyn at Fetch! Our dog, Pudge, absolutely hates being groomed. She hadn't had a complete groom in about 6 months due to other groomers not being able to complete the cut. We had essentially been told she is "ungroomable". I dropped Pudge off to Jocelyn at 1 and by 1:45 had a text saying she would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got to the store, I saw Pudge through the grooming door and literally could have shed tears. This is truly the best groom she has ever had. Highly recommend! Fetch is the best grooming experience we have had for our dog who is two years old. We have tried many groomers since moving to Omaha, and Fetch is the best by far!! Our girl is groomed a lot because she’s a doodle. The environment is perfect, calm and peaceful, not like the craziness you experience at many groomers. The personal care she receives is amazing!!
