I called and left a voicemail late during the week with a question on the product and I had the friendliest and most prompt response the next morning from one of their associates, Ashley! In a fast paced world it is so meaningful to receive that sort of customer support. I’ll update this review once we receive the product but had to share the kindness we’ve already received!

Our 13 year old chow had a torn ACL. We used the brace and he is happy walking 3 miles a day. He never complains about getting it on. We were worried it would matt or damage his hair but it has not. So much better than extensive expensive surgery.

Josie, our 14 1/2 year old Golden Retriever has been using Hero braces for more than three years after tearing both of her CCLs. We use the braces just for walks now. We could not be happier with the positive experience we have had with Hero and our local vet. We've got a happy dog!
