Fresh, clean studio. I've taken classes here with a number of different teachers; all were good but the only one I've had for a teacher that is still there (just starting up again post-pandemic) is Sarah. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge (especially about biomechanics and pelvic floor issues)! She will also work with/around any health issues or restrictions you might have. (And look for coming attractions...such as aerial yoga!)
I did an aerial class with Brittanie and it was awesome! She made sure everyone was safe and there was always a modification for each move so everyone could join in. I'll definitely be back for more!
