“I was volunteering with a small non-profit who went thru a horrible financial transition from an outgoing board to a new board. Pat at Bulldawg helped us address 3 major issues. One of which was a very serious issue with the IRS from the prior board not having filed the taxes and so the IRS was set to charge us a $2000+ penalty fee and then started accumulating interest. He worked tirelessly to get a hold of the IRS, deal with their ongoing process changes, and get the fee and interest removed! It was a huge win for us. He also was able to completely rework our chart of accounts, identified many errors the prior CPA made, and helped ensure we were better equipped both system wise and knowledge wise to help set future boards up for success. He takes the time to explain things and truly cares about his clients. I took off one star because I do wish he had more help and/or was more available. However, every time it has taken a bit to hear back he's explained he was in court or something helping other clients. You just need to plan a bit ahead, have some patience, and know that he is worth the wait.“
