I've been going to Vanessa for two years now and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made for my self care. It's minimized my sciatic issues! I look forward to every visit.
I have been going here for a few years now and Mandi does an awesome job. She tries to work with and finding the issue causing tightness and pain. The VA has also been known to use Take Five as a Care in the Community facility. I've very pleased. The facility is clean. There are lots of homemade products up front to buy.
I know why this place has a 5 star rating. I had a 90 minute massage with Jeanette and it was fantastic. In the beginning she didn't really ask me what areas to focus on. We had a conversation about what I do, repetitive motions I preform, if I wake up with neck pain and from there she found all of the areas to focus on that I would never have thought of. She knew which leg I rested on the most, (causing lower back pain), which arm I overused and which side of my neck had the most resistance. At the end, she showed me stretches to help with all of the issues in my body. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back.
