I cannot say enough good things about this office. ALL the folks at Summit were so kind and caring and walked me the my treatment plan and made me feel very good about choosing this dental office!

I did not have an appointment and called at 8:05. I was there by 8:20 and had a tooth extracted and was home by 9:00! I had been in pain for three days and they handled my issue which gave immediate relief! Kind, caring, and accommodating!

The care staff/team were ok. Nothing overly outstanding about their Customer Service. I wasn't comfortable with the Dentist either. While he wasn't rude, he was very direct and clinical for lack of a better description. Not friendly for sure. I scheduled my follow-up appointment with them before leaving; but, after leaving the office I felt I needed a 2nd opinion if not even to pursue a different dentist. The treatment area beyond the waiting room seemed dated and it just didn't evoke a sense of comfort, confidence, or competency. I cannot explain it exactly. But I got bad vibes and didn't feel welcome. ??‍♂️
