My experience with this office has been nothing but enjoyable. I have never experienced such low pain procedures in my life. The hygienist that took gum measurements on my first appt was beyond gentle and it was completely pain free and that was the first time I experienced that in all the years I’ve been going to the dentist. My second appt was equally pain free and it included 2 cavity fillings and a molar extraction. The lidocaine shots that the dentist did were ,again, the most gentle I’ve ever experienced. I had an amazing experience for a dental experience the hygienist was nice the receptionist was nice the dentist was nice my teeth are beautiful beautiful and I do have to go back to have a Crown put on, but I have no reservations even though there are bad reviews I give this place a 5 star and I don't like the dentist in general!

I have to admit I was terrified to come after reading people's reviews. I would like everyone to know the negative reviews posted are absolutely untrue! I went for IV sedation last week for work. Everyone was awesome! The staff was professional, gentle, caring and provided an explanation of the work involved. I had the best experience and will continue to receive services from Dr. Colwell and his staff. As a healthcare professional who comes from a quality assurance background should speak volumes in my review. Thank you Southroads Dental!
