I signed up for Milan several years ago, and the staff there have always been professional, encouraging, and mindful of the patients they treat. My past few treatments have been with Rachel and she is the sweetest person. They always check to make sure you are doing ok and will adjust the treatment to what your pain tolerance is.
In regard of the treatment I didn’t think it would actually work that well for me, but I am pleased to report that I have limited hair growth (after consistent treatments at their recommended intervals) and the small patch of hair that is stubborn is growing in thinner after each treatment.

Been going for a while now, the experience has been nothing short of incredible and professional! Everyone there is amazing, patient, and honest! They definitely have your best interest at heart, especially to not risk any burns on your skin during the process. Overall I highly recommend this location if you’re considering starting your laser hair removal journey, I don’t regret it at all! :) Gonna miss this location when I move. And if you’re military def take advantage of the discount they have as well!!
