My wife and I cannot praise Misty enough. We did online check in for our daughter who just broke her ankle. We were taking a few minutes to get her out of the car and Misty came out to the car to offer her assistance. Our daughter wanted to have her hair washed. Misty helped her in the salon and all the way to the shampoo sink. She was very patient and carrying with her. Her customer service was above and beyond what was expected. Great Clips needs to Misty is the epitome of customer service excellent.
