I was down bad didn’t have much. Payday was 10 days away. He told me his price an I explained that I didn’t have a lot but if we can could we work something out. I’m thinking he is about to hang up. He was patient with me an even in his busy day he came over and looked at it. He needed a few days to get the part sent a team member to do the work. it was a bolt that broke off in the housing of my tensioner an he was able to extract it In 30min. I’m so grateful an he has a customer a friend for life anything I can do for the team let me know. Im referring the team to everyone .
