I was interested in the process and Dan very kindly showed me his kit and explained the process in detail. At the end the carpet was soft and uniformly clean! We had one really tough spot and he swung by the next day to make sure it wasn't coming back.Dan really cares about the quality of his work. He isn't going to leave until you're 100% satisfied.
