I was volunteering with a small non-profit who went thru a horrible financial transition from an outgoing board to a new board. Pat at Bulldawg helped us address 3 major issues. One of which was a very serious issue with the IRS from the prior board not having filed the taxes and so the IRS was set to charge us a $2000+ penalty fee and then started accumulating interest. He worked tirelessly to get a hold of the IRS, deal with their ongoing process changes, and get the fee and interest removed! It was a huge win for us.
