Quick, efficient, and friendly care with great explanation of how this type of wound needed to be treated, since it was caused by an animal. I had a laceration on my wrist caused by a friendly. but rambunctious puppy. The wound was cleaned, closed and dressed, a tetanus shot administered, and an antibiotic ordered for late pickup. Fortunately, the clinic was open on Saturday evening because I needed immediate help.
Fabulous experience! In from out of town. Didn’t know anyone that’s been here but gave it a try. Called and decided to just come in. Luckily one person ahead of us when we arrived. Quick easy check in. Lady who asked took me back was efficient and kind. Traci the NP was awesome. She really understood my concern, addressed all issues, comforted me, and did not rush me. Such a great experience and I couldn’t be happier! When we left, the waiting room was full. Thankful for good timing! Many thanks to Traci and the team!
