I recently had a great experience with Schoen’s Roofing. They actually reached out and offered a free roof inspection. Normally I’m a little skeptical of random calls like that, but I’m really glad I decided to take them up on it.
The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and took the time to do a really thorough inspection of the roof. After he finished, he walked me through everything he found and even showed me photos of the areas that had some damage that I had no idea were there. Dependable and respectable is how I would describe this company. I decided to go with this group because of the Google reviews, and I figured 1,200+ people can’t be wrong—and they weren’t.
In full transparency, we did have a few hiccups during installation; however, this only made the experience feel even more deserving of a 5-star rating. The issues were quickly addressed, communication was clear, and our satisfaction was fully restored. Sometimes when there are multiple hands involved in a project, you may need to speak up—but when we did, they listened and took action immediately.
