We've been in our BonnaVilla Home for three years and originally, upon presentation, we loved it! About a year in, we really started to question the integrity of the construction itself - the shower was never sealed properly, leaving us with drywall damage and possible mold in and around the area. The tub nearby is falling apart - which just so happened to be an upgrade. The upgraded trim work is shoddy and poorly installed. The paint is easily removed from the trim and was stained permanently when added at the factory. Our carpet already has to be replaced (I suspect they paid 25 cents per square foot for it). Generally happy with the heavily upgraded Bonavilla home we purchased however, I was dumbfounded with the terrible customer service/warranty representation we experienced once things were in place. Unfortunate way to spoil what could have been a decent experience. Probably wouldn’t use the company again and wouldn’t recommend them - too many to choose from these days.

Bonnavilla is the best modular home builder I have ever worked with. The craftsmanship, and quality of materials in these homes far exceed other manufactures. Service has been great and the office staff and management are second to none. BonnaVilla is truly a step above the competition.
