We've had our home for almost five years now. Like a lot of people have said the craftsmanship is mediocre at best. I'm more critical then most as I was a trim carpenter and construction superintendent for many years. I guess the best way to describe things is that it was OK, but just barely passing. The biggest problem I have is with the cabinetry. Very low quality. Would have been better to leave it out and have done it myself. Now we're faced with having to live with it or spend thousands of dollars to do it right.

We've been in our BonnaVilla Home for three years and originally, upon presentation, we loved it! About a year in, we really started to question the integrity of the construction itself - the shower was never sealed properly, leaving us with drywall damage and possible mold in and around the area. The tub nearby is falling apart - which just so happened to be an upgrade. The upgraded trim work is shoddy and poorly installed. The paint is easily removed from the trim and was stained permanently when added at the factory. Our carpet already has to be replaced (I suspect they paid 25 cents per square foot for it).
