I gained a lot of valuable construction experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in the field. They don’t offer benefits, but after a year, you become eligible for vacation and holiday time. My only concern was the high turnover rate—during my 11 months there, I saw around 15 people either quit or get let go. Overall, though, it’s a solid opportunity for those looking to build their skills in construction.“
