I made an appointment through Facebook messenger and I explained my cell phone wasn’t working at the time , and just because I couldn’t call the store they canceled my appointment and blocked my account. Pretty disappointing. I was looking forward to getting my hair done but I’m glad I didn’t give people like them my money. You should be able to make an appointment without having to call , I’ve booked online through websites and through messaging with other salons. Time to get with the program people!
