I really enjoyed the experience until I arrived home. The key that was made did not work in the locking mechanism so I was a little disappointed. I understand this happens from time to time so its no big deal. But if they don't make it right then it will be a different conversation.

I scheduled an appointment a week on advance and the next day I found a faster/cheaper way to get a key made. I emailed a request to cancel, it took a couple of days to get a response, but they canceled and no money was charged.
