I really enjoy this gym. I never feel like I’m being compared to other athletes. They provide coaching and guidance that help make long term changes. Very positive people that see people not reps. Glad to have them in Williston.

Great gym and even better people! You can really tell the coaches are doing what they love and want to help people at all levels of fitness. They have the knowledge and dedication to train competitive athletes and the caring and understanding needed to help beginners. If you’re looking for a place to train or just looking to stay/start getting active I wouldn’t hesitate to try them out!

This is a wonderful CrossFit gym that puts their members first. They’re all about helping each individual person, no matter their situation. The coaches are great, the gym is clean, and the atmosphere is fantastic. There isn’t a single person I wouldn’t recommend this place to, they’re just THAT inclusive. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. :-)
