Heidi does an amazing job. She was excellent with communication and letting me know what was going to happen when. I found that very important and comforting as a beginner in massages. I will certainly be back!

Heidi puts me back together every month! I work in a demanding career that requires repetitive motions, sitting hunched over, standing at a half bend all too often.. She truly helps you & listens! I personally love the elbow in my lower back when she pulls my d*** sciatic leg back! ? She works hard & owns the building…. Laundromat is a plus!!! To Whomever stole her sheets…. We hope you needed them!, God is watching, so you might as well start being a good person!!!! Rude… she works too hard for that!!!

Heidi has a way of finding trouble spots and fixing them almost immediately. I went in with terrible neck/back pain and very limited range of motion. Within less than 24 hours I’m about 80% better and improving. Previously she fixed an excruciating golf elbow in just two sessions. Highly recommend for any muscle tension or pain.
