We worked with The Fargo Flooring Store when a pipe burst in our basement that caused flooding and total loss of the existing carpet. On a personal level: they were quick, responsive, and caring during a chaotic time for us. On a professional level: they promptly provided information and documents needed for insurance, removed the damaged carpet, and installed all new carpet with breeze and top notch quality/service. The entire process went very smoothly and every member of the team was amazing to work with.

Recently had Jacob and his team install vinyl plank in the basement of my home. The entire team is extremely professional, effective with communication, works quickly and cleanly, and takes accountability/makes right a mistake if one is made.The installer immediately informed me that he had slipped on our stairs to the basement, spilling liquid on the carpet. After ensuring he was ok, he and Jacob voluntarily offered to replace the carpet with remnants. The installer that came out worked as quickly and cleanly as the first that came out to install the vinyl.My wife and I are absolutely pleased with their work and will be hiring The Fargo Flooring Store for other improvement...read full review
