Riley came out and took a look at my roof and noticed a section that needed a tarp over it. He jumped up there with no hesitation to put a temporary patch on it with the rain coming in the next few hours. When their crew showed up a week later at 230 pm they asked how late they could work. I stated that we get our kids down to bed at 8pm and their crew worked their tails off to get the roof done in time. They got the whole roof stripped, reshingled, and cleanup done by 8. One member of the crew came back the next day with a magnet to make sure they got every last nail out of the grass and off of the concrete. I highly recommend Hancock to anyone looking to get their roof redone. Great company to work with and great personal skills from the owner.
