Essentia Health-West Fargo Clinic provides primary care services with a focus on patient comfort and anxiety relief. While some patients have reported unprofessional experiences with walk-in services, many have praised the clinic's short wait times, friendly staff, and overall quality care, with some patients having positive experiences for over six years.
They are always welcoming, know who I am and are genuinely concerned. Lab and X-ray are very knowledgeable in their role. My only negative was waiting in line to check in or out. Now checking in on my phone is a breeze.
Dr.Neubauer is the absolute best primary doctor! She listens, makes you feel so comfortable and safe, even if I sound like a hypochondriac sometimes, she's always willing to do what it takes to ease my anxiety.
My primary care physician is at this clinic. I've also had to go in for blood work, blood pressure checks, flu shots orientations, etc.
The wait time is almost always under 10 minutes and the people here are always very nice.
Any bad reviews from here are probably due to special circumstances. I've been going to this clinic for over 6 years and never had a problem.
