We hired Frank to clean some carpets and some chairs and our daughter and her husband hired him to clean a very stained basement carpet, as well as the stairs. He did an outstanding job. I have always been satisfied with the carpet cleaners I have hired, but Frank raised the bar. I have no hesitancy in giving him a recommendation.
