“I took my very anxious little 4 year old dog for his (probably first ever) anal gland expression and the nurse was so calm, gentle, and moved slowly. I was so pleased with how she made it the best possible experience for him. Glands will always be unpleasant and his were very full and likely uncomfortable but the nurse (Kayla?) took care of them while really paying attention and helping him through and helping him learn that he’s safe, even when he needs sort of unpleasant treatments.”
