I really loved the work they did . The carpet looks really great. And it didn’t take too long to install . The guys were really nice . Would highly recommend LaValle Flooring. Serena did a great job of explaining all the details to us. I really loved her.
Serena is the best! From the moment I met her I knew she was right for the job. She helped me with many samples and even ordered in several samples for me because I had a hard time making a decision. Serena, Norberto, and the rest of the team at LaValle Flooring are fantastic to work with. They took on a large remodeling project with us, and were accommodating of our time, ideas, and budget. From the first time we walked into the store, Serena was helpful & patient. She was able to order multiple samples of flooring they didn't have in store and give insight on durability, look, and feel of different options in our price points. Pre-installation, Norberto was thorough, making sure things like the subfloor and moisture levels were up to par.
