After seeing the 1.9 google review rating, I still tried to give them a chance. Instant regret. Called up to have a vehicle pulled to be scrapped. Jeremy gave me a price he would pay, which I accepted. Stated he would be there in an hour- hour and a half. Never showed. Never called. Next day I tried calling the phone would go straight to voicemail...2 days later same thing... For a company that offers 24-7 towing but shuts their personal cell off? My experience with this company has been very disappointing. Communication is consistently poor, as calls and messages often go unanswered. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism does not reflect well on their services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company

I drove all the way out from Stanley after talking to this guy on Sunday keep in mind the website says that they’re open on Sunday that’s all right. I will be down tomorrow. Got here 12:52 PM and would not make the attempt to find the two rims that I needed for my Honda known as yesterday he could’ve found them, pulled him into whatever storage he got Instead he just told me I don’t mean to sound rude, but there’s 30 mile winds and it’s -31 out thank you should be more prepared with your business buddy no matter how much snow drift or how cold it is you’re open for business today.
