Pembina Parcel is the best! They went over and above for me and I am forever their loyal customer! We ran out of gas on the highway a mile from the gas station while I was on my way to pick up several packages. It was below freezing and we could literally see them from the highway but they were too far away. I called them to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it and to see if I could schedule a pickup for the weekend (another 2 hour drive). Not only did they bring my packages to me ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, but they also brought me a gallon of gas so I could make it to the gas station!!! Been going here for approximately 5 years (from Winnipeg), and I have never once had any issues or complaints. Staff is very accommodating and easy to deal with.Just picked up 5 packages on October 02, 2023. Thank you for all of your assistance throughout the years, Pembina Parcel!

I have always had good service here, once they were aware we were there. When a shipping company sent the package without the name on file, they were able to find the package with no problem.The shrine to Trump on the wall, the notes literally everywhere on the walls with hostile instructions, as well as the glorification of WW2 axis airplanes was off-putting.
