Tollefson’s is truly a one stop shop. We had met in advance to purchase funeral certificates and they spent time talking through options so we understood. When the time came we were emotional and they were calm and reassuring. We had phone and email access. They walked us through each step and we all felt very supported. Theres so many decisions to make and they know how to navigate. Day of it was amazing having their team guiding us. The thought of everything. They kept us on track and included all our requested details. They made sure we were supported together. Highly recommend working ahead and making plans because it’s so much less stress when the time comes.
