Our dog recently got very sick. She was both pooping and vomiting blood. I've never seen a dog get so sick, so fast. West Oaks worked her in and treated her asap. She is doing very well now and pretty much back to normal.
Both of the veterinarians here are absolutely awesome. I've been taking my pets here for nearly as long as they've been in business. They have been so compassionate during difficult times such as losing a pet.
Very caring and kind to pets and their parents. While we come here for routine care, I have met with both providers and they are very kind and patient. We unexpectedly had to put my precious cat down after a rare and sudden serious infection. It gives me an ache to come, but the providers are very prompt and I felt like I had the best possible experience in my heartbreak.
The clinic staff were wonderful at letting me babble. My mom died suddenly and had a cat that was 18 years old and in very bad health. They were awesome and did what they could to help us in a last minute appointment. Thank you again!
