5 stars to Kathy in the salon! I’ve been going to Kathy for the last 3 years, and she does an absolutely incredible job every single time. Even after having to cancel my Friday 10am appointment, she personally called me just a couple hours later to get me back in that same day — which truly shows how much she cares about her clients.

Girl heaven? It’s hard to complain about an Ulta unless you get bad service. The employees, I’ll admit, are hit or miss on friendliness, but overall I’ve never been dissatisfied here. Wide range of products - all overpriced but not much cheaper online. Still, when you want that perfect or right-now item - whether for hair or make-up - this is the first logical stop.
I recently prepared for a humanitarian trip and stopped into Ulta looking for a few products that would give me a very natural, “barely there” look. This was quite outside of my comfort zone—I’m typically a bold, full-coverage kind of makeup girl! I originally came in to find a travel mirror (battery-operated and light-up), and I left with so much more thanks to Lindsay L!
