I went there to find a cool toned lip liner and lipstick and lip gloss I couldn't find what I was looking for cuz they didn't have it but. There is a wonderful person named Sean who works there! he is so amazing so knowledgeable just fun to be around to be honest I should have asked for his number to hang out but that would probably have been weird 😂. He just has an infectious bubbly personality! he knows what he's talking about. I ended up walking out of there with stuff I didn't even know I needed but I did 😂 from recommending a mascara to finding me the coolest gel fragrance! He should get commission! 5 stars to Kathy in the salon! I’ve been going to Kathy for the last 3 years, and she does an absolutely incredible job every single time. Even after having to cancel my Friday 10am appointment, she personally called me just a couple hours later to get me back in that same day — which truly shows how much she cares about her clients.
Not only is she amazingly talented, but she also takes the time to genuinely get to know the people in her chair on a deeper level, which makes every appointment feel so comfortable and personal. Girl heaven? It’s hard to complain about an Ulta unless you get bad service. The employees, I’ll admit, are hit or miss on friendliness, but overall I’ve never been dissatisfied here. Wide range of products - all overpriced but not much cheaper online. Still, when you want that perfect or right-now item - whether for hair or make-up - this is the first logical stop.
