Trinity Health - Medical Arts offers a wonderful experience with very short wait times, often seeing patients within 10 minutes. The staff is nice, friendly, and professional, with efficient front desk admins. The medical professionals are described as amazing, caring, and having good hearts. They listen carefully to patients, easily convey information, and are willing to help even when conditions are bad. Nurses are sweet and full of life, changing the whole mood. Patients have been very happy with visits, receiving shots that help with migraines and referrals to specialists. One patient had an eye infection and migraine for 3 days, was seen quickly, and was very happy with the help. Another patient with a chronic pain condition praised their doctor for being a good person who tries hard to keep them comfortable. A patient was able to get in early for a mammogram to accommodate a family emergency. Overall, the business provides a wonderful experience with friendly, professional care.
Very very happy with the help i got here. My eye had been infected badly via my tear duct and i had a migraine for 3 days and i just couldn't do it any longer, went in and was seen within 10 minutes! Then the nurse and doctor both listened carefully while i explained my issue. They gave me a shot that helped very much w the migraine and referred me to an eye specialist where it looked so bad. Very happy with my visit, thank you so much
If I could give 10 stars I would! I have a hronic pain condition and my Dr Megan Miller is an amazing soul. She cares and tries so hard to help me, even when its really bad and kinda out of her hands but she does a really good job of keeping me comfortable. Her nurses are so sweet and so is she! I would definitely send someone who needs a Dr her way. Thank you for all the help I get 😁

I got my medical examination done the staff was nice and friendly. I met this really sweet nurse. Her name is Candy. She just changed the whole mood and full of life. The staff was very professional and patient. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.
