Not a good place for animals evidently. Our one cat had one bad day with them. So they slammed him to the table. Our other cat is puking everywhere. They said they had no clue and to call them back if it went on. So here we are calling them back and evidently they fired us.???????. Because the one cat had a bad day. So now I'm supposed to just sit back and watch my other cat die. Great thanks. So much for loving animals.

Very angry and upset neevr in my life did I think the bad reviews on here were true yet somehow I managed to bring my cat there for an emergency visit cause I had no where else to go and he was prescribed prednisone for his mouth ulcers the vet Keysa Williams and the bottle of medication both said 2.2ml every two hours for five days. I quickly ran out of medication so I called them for a refill. Got put on hold several times and finally was greeted with a message that I was only supposed to be giving him 2.2ml ONCE EVERY TWELVE HOURS. For the last five days I have been giving my cat 6x the actual amount I was supposed to the neglect and the fact my cat is going to have... read full review

We brought our dog here for a routine neuter. Later that mid afternoon I was notified that we could come pick him up. We were waiting and then our dog was brought to us. Immediately I was worried by the sight of my dog. My dog was not acting himself, rather he appeared injured and afraid. As I approached him I noticed he was bleeding from his nose and both of his eyes were bloodshot. I was upset but tried to control emotions so that I could assess my dog. None of the technicians were explaining to me what had happened. I asked where Dr. Solemsass was. I was told he was busy. I kept asking them what happened to my dog.
