I have found the workouts to be challenging but accommodating to my limitations. The trainers are very good. They always have a watchful eye correcting form when needed and encouraging when needed.

My family has been going to Premier just about a year and a half now. We’ve seen them through some of my of our children’s infancy, my pre pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, you name it and I cannot express how wonderful and welcoming all the staff is. How our children love the family friendly space especially as a mother it is beyond refreshing to bring my littles ones into a space that values them in more ways than one. I started with Premier Movement after a serious injury. The trainers have helped me adapt exercises and techniques to help build back my abilities. They are all very supportive and encouraging! I also love the support and friendships created with other customers!
