Amazing music store! Went in to help my son get a violin, and they were more helpful than anyone in town. Sandy gave him all the knowledge to care for his violin and got my son started off on the right foot! I highly recommend them for all your instrumental needs!

I Had A Technical Problem with one of My Bass Guitars that Had taken up enough of my time and patients. I left The Bass with NW Music not expecting to Hear from Them For AT Least A Week, I Had not even arrived home yet and A Service Tech calls He Had Diagnosed and Serviced My Bass and was ready for pick up. More Shocking was the $ 10.00 I was charged I was fully Prepared to Pay at A minimum$ 25.00 Knowledge and then Some Thank You Sande If Another Tech Nightmare comes my way Northwest Music and Sound will Be My First Stop

50 Years of service to the community and still all about the customer not the profit. Made me feel very comfortable and confident that my money was well spent. No pressure like the other music store. They we're plain rude. But NWM, these people truly care about there customers. Highly recommended.
