The salon is beautiful, extremely clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. They also have a huge selection of colors, and their pricing is clearly displayed and completely transparent, which I really appreciate.

Most importantly, they listened to exactly what I asked for and delivered it perfectly. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable speaking up about what I wanted. That level of attentiveness and customer service can be surprisingly difficult to find, and it made the entire experience feel special.
