“My wife has used Home Helpers for a few years now. My wife was End Stage Renal Failure, diabetic and post stroke. She was wheelchair bound but could transfer with some help. Our demands for transport to dialysis, toileting and showering were met with good results. Workers were on time and courteous. Only once did we have a substandard worker, but Home Helpers corrected that promptly. Our schedule often changed on a whim, but Home Helpers graciously adjusted to our schedule. If they have a fault, it would be billing at the beginning was confusing but accurate. This aside Home Helpers is the service that allowed my wife to live at home while I farmed. Had it not been for them my wife would have been in an assisted living. Home Helpers provided us with a workable alternative. My wife has since died. Yes, I would do it again. We had BCBS of ND, but I paid out of pocket, they did not pay for Home Helpers. In hindsight having long term healthcare insurance would have been a help but we managed anyway.“

The lady that runs the whole thing is very friendly and easy to talk to.. and the girls are great at making people feel human when they go into people’s homes to help them live their life!
