Drew worked hard for 11 months to help get my wife and I into a wonderful new build in Minot. He happily worked around our busy schedules to pass information between ourselves and the builder. As a first time home buyer he walked us through the process and made sure we were well informed on every decision we made. He is a great advocate for his clients and we couldn't be happier with his services and the house we are moving into, thanks for everything Drew!
Drew met with us several times to look at houses. He actually suggested a condo he just got a listing for. He showed it to my sister as we are out of state, not once but twice, and did a walk through with us on his phone. He worked with us and the owners in obtaining a contract. He stayed in touch with me daily through text. He worked with my banker to get needed documents. I cannot sing his praises enough. The place is ours, pool table included. Thank you, Drew, for your kindness and getting us back to North Dakota.
As a first-time homebuyer, Drew was THE most personable and knowledgeable person. From meeting in his nice office in the beginning, to the moment we closed, Drew was available and more than willing to help us with the abundant questions. I am so impressed by his professionalism, but also his ability to have fun through the process. Could not have been a better process for a journey that can be stressful at time; Drew took all the stress out! Highly recommend!
